While we were touring Jaffa, we could look across the water toward Tel Aviv and wonder which one of these high rise hotels would be ours.
Our motor coach driver maneuvered the busy streets of the city and backed into the covered awning so that we could walk easily inside. Porters unloaded the suitcases and brought them into the hotel as we enjoyed fresh orange juice or water.
Our tour guide efficiently distributed room keys and room number stickers for our luggage and gave directions regarding wake-up calls, dinner and breakfast times, when to set our bags outside of the room the next morning, and what time to be on the bus.
I checked out the area where we would have dinner tonight and breakfast in the morning. It turned out to be quite the selection!
The porters quickly brought our checked bags to the room. We settled in, relaxed a few minutes, and then checked out the view from our room. Hubby quickly went downstairs to get some photos from the ground level. People were out enjoying this beautiful day. To view a video, click the link below and download.
He took a photo of me on the balcony…
While I took a photo of the view from our balcony.I’m a goner for beautiful sunrises and sunsets, and the sunset in Tel Aviv this evening was a perfectly serene ending to our long day of flying and touring.
Next stop – Caesarea.
